Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives or leading strategic projects
  • Proven expertise in building decks, one-pagers, and executive talking points
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and judgment
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and project management tools

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development, management and communication of IFS Operations Strategy priorities
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment and progress toward shared goals
  • Develop compelling decks, one-pagers, and executive talking points to effectively communicate our vision, strategy, and results to various stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the executive team to plan and execute strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes
  • Manage the executive calendar, coordinating schedules, meetings, and events to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts
  • Plan and execute events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops, ensuring seamless logistics and effective outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Manages the development of feasibility and environmental impact studies, preliminary engineering, and conceptual designs for major capital investments. Manages the preparation of project scopesof work, plans, schedules, and budgets. Manages all aspects of Project Implementation. Manages project procurement of material, equipment, and contractors, as well as all construction activities necessary to execute capital projects. Manages the quality and safety of work performed on capital projects. Implements change management processes and carries out project communications throughout the organization. Coordinates the acquisition of real estate parcels required for capital projects. Performs Project Monitoring & Controlling. For the project life cycle, manage the preparation of progress reports to monitor and control capital projects. Monitors all aspects of projects assigned. Manages the schedules and budgets to ensure positive project performance. Conducted monthly project status briefs for upper management.
